Reverse Age by over 4 years in 8-weeks

This was too good not to share! Who doesn't want to reverse age? It has to be good for luminosity, right? I'm not sure about the liver though.





A study published in the journal, Aging, showed an average reduction of 4.60 biological years in a sample of six women when placed on a methylation-supportive diet and lifestyle program. Using DNA methylation and biological age analysis on blood samples for these women prior to the eight week program and comparing it to blood samples taken following the eight week program, these researchers documented a statistically significant average biological age drop of almost five years in eight weeks. So how'd they do it?


The researchers designed an 8 week program based on modifiable lifestyle factors which included exercise, water consumption, and epinutrients. Epinutrients are nutrients that provide substrates or cofactors for DNA methylation activity or effect the rate or expression of DNA methylation-related enzymes. These lifestyle changes work through epigenetics mechanisms which are changes in a cell function that occur without changes to the DNA sequence.


The table below outlines the lifestyle changes that were prescribed for these women.

Dietary Prescription
